Counseling Services

Where do you go when you need support?  Life comes with many challenges.  We are here to help you overcome them.  Many types of support are available so that you don't have to face your difficulties alone.

Community Counseling provides free information about and referrals to mental health counseling.  Referrals are to independent providers and Community Counseling does not assume responsibility for providing these services or the outcome of these services.  The terms of the counseling services provided are determined by each individual provider and it is recommended that consumers screen providers according to his/her own personal preferences.  For more information about counseling services, please visit the Community Counseling Resource page.

Individual Counseling

One on One individualized services providing support and psychoeducation.

Couples/Family Counseling

Attend sessions with your loved one(s) in order to receive assistance with improving communication and addressing difficult topics.

Group Counseling

Combined sessions with others who are experiencing similar challenges.  Groups offer the support of a network of individuals while also receiving the professional expertise of a trained clinician who provides guidance in effective communication and psychoeducation.
